Richard W. Pifer, Sr. has been in the real estate, property management and remodeling/construction business for over 35 years. He has successfully purchased, developed, sold and leased hundreds of commercial and residential properties during this period. Currently, he holds his Virginia “Class A” contractor, plumbing and electrical licenses in addition to his real estate broker’s and mortgage lending licenses. Richie, Sr. holds a BS from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA. Over the course of his life in Winchester, he has served on the Winchester Economic Development Authority, Winchester City School Board and Chairman of the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Belle Grove Plantation. He and his wife reside in Winchester with their three sons, their wives along with eight grandchildren.

He has experience in both project management, real estate investment properties and holds a Virginia “Class A” and West Virginia contractor’s license. Richie, Jr. is a former member of the Rotary Club of Winchester’s Latest, former board member of Preservation of Historic Winchester and Past-President of the Shenandoah Arts Council. Before entering the construction and investment property fields, he worked as a deputy project manager for a multi-hundred million dollar U.S. Army project while at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and IBM Business Consulting Services in Fairfax, VA. Richie, Jr. resides in Winchester with his wife and two sons.
Brandon W. Pifer is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia and co-owner of Pifer Realty, LLC and Pifer Management and Construction Services, Inc. He is a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in business administration and has successfully purchased, renovated and sold residential properties in Harrisonburg and Winchester, VA, starting while enrolled at JMU. Brandon is a member of the City of Winchester Planning Commission and Youth Development Center of Winchester/Frederick/Clarke/Warren. He resides in Winchester with his wife, son and daughter.
Shannon B. Morgan is licensed Virginia Realtor and property manager with Pifer Management and Construction Services, Inc.. She joined the Pifer team in 2013 as Assistant, Residential Property Management, for Pifer Management, LLC. She grew up in Winchester where she entered the property management field in 1992. Since she began her career, Shannon has gained extensive knowledge and valuable experience in landlord-tenant law and has effectively and efficiently managed multi and single family properties in the Top of Virginia, boasting on average a 95%+ occupancy rate on approximately 250 properties. Her integrity, positive attitude, strong work ethic and proven track record for high rental occupancy rates, low tenant turnover and responsiveness to tenant and client needs makes her one of the most effective and capable property managers in the Top of Virginia. Shannon currently resides in Martinsburg, WV with her husband.
